The initial 3 hours meeting with our family was tremendous. It was lengthy, but very productive for you in gathering information about mum. This was most evident when you spoke about mum and her family on the day of funeral. You spoke with familiarity. A warm and more personal touch. When you left the meeting, the family felt a lot more relaxed and comfortable in regards to funeral arrangements. You provided much needed direction. On the day of funeral you made a great save. I inadvertently left 2 framed pictures that were to be placed on top of May's coffin. You miraculously provided a beautifully framed picture of May. It was a good substitute and rescued my slip up.
